Congrats on finding a doctor you figure you'll feel comfortable with. That is a relief.

    Love the Sylvia Plath reference.

Oh, and the new look, too. Did I miss that transition?

I'm SO glad everything is boring with you. Boring is good! And that despite your misgivings, the new doc was a good find. And you passed the GT test. All good :-)

I didn't realize you were this far along. Congrats! And I'm glad you had a good visit- 14 lbs, that's amazing.

i would love to hear from you more often but am so, so, so glad you're having such a boring pregnancy that there's not much to report!!!! you've come so far!

Dear Pixi, it's so very good to hear from you, and to know everything is going well. When it comes to pregnancy, boring is good!

Eleven weeks. That's... soon. How nice to be able to write that!

    Eleven weeks. Woah.

Hurrah for boring! So glad the visit with your doctor went well. And I'm hoping you get off the train with company, too.

14 pounds is nothing! I too am glad things are boring and big. The best news possible!

Pixi, Pixi, Pixi-- How I have missed you and delight in seeing you! Fourteen pounds sound so little to me!! I can't believe things have gone so far! And I would love to get this new book from the doctor! How many exclamation points can I use, eh? Must mean I've missed you terribly. I also glad with every one else that things have been boring. Boring has its merits, you know.

11 weeks, fabuloso. So looking forward to that train pulling into the station. Although, I must say, with 6 weeks left to go I'm feeling more like The Fat Controller.

Pixi-I would say that you deserve an easier pregnancy after what you went through to get here! So glad things are going so well. and only 14 are amazing!

Glad to hear you had such a lovely visit with your doctor. Let's hope that the boringness continues for another 11 weeks.

So glad everything is boring. So very glad.

Glad things are going well - and yes, boring is a good thing. The weight gain sounds incredibly under control. Did I miss something there?

    How 'bout them sox, eh?

Yes, in pregnancy-land (especially in women with our kinds of histories) BORING is definitely GOOD.

I hope it stays that way for you -- and that the next several weeks pass by without any major events.

And congrats on the 14 pounds! That is really amazing and you sound like you are doing really well!

    all the best,
